At Cadieux Roofing, we bring nearly 30 years of roofing expertise to every project. Established in 1996, our family-run business has built a strong reputation for quality and reliability, largely through word-of-mouth referrals from our satisfied clients. Our team includes seasoned professionals who have been with us for 13 and 9 years, respectively, demonstrating our commitment to competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive work environment.
EXPERIENCE
Josh
Josh has been with us for 13 years, which is very rare in our trade, as shinglers generally move from company to company every few years. As our main shingler with 15 years of experience, we rely heavily on his knowledge and skills to ensure a quality job every time. When not working, he loves spending time with his wife and two adorable little girls in the outdoors or skateboarding in the local skateboard parks. Recently, he’s enjoyed supporting his wife on her musical journey, cheering her on at her performances in local venues.
JP
JP is the driving force behind Cadieux Roofing. He’s been plying his trade and honing his skills for over 35 years. After working for over a decade as a sub-contractor for a large, local company, and every weekend on his own jobs, he built up a client base to go out his own in 2008. His hard work and keen ability to problem solve roof issues are our company’s biggest assets. He’s a proud father to his brilliant and beautiful daughter. He enjoys weekends at the cabin, boating, exploring on his ATV and cruisin’ in his vintage car.
Heather
Heather does all the administration and back-end work for our company. She loves getting to know our clients and providing resources to ensure that homeowners choose the ideal colour for their homes. When not working at her two jobs, she enjoys spending time with her brilliant and beautiful daughter, family and close group of friends and she’s always up for a good concert, a round of cards, or other fun events.
Rob
Rob joined us in 2014, making him another long-term employee, with 12 years of roofing experience. He’s learned a lot and honed his skills over the last 10 years, and is also a big factor in our quality assurance. Known as “Doppler Rob” he keeps on top of the weather radar to make sure the rooves are closed up before the rain falls. He’s an avid baseball fan and enjoys trips to Toronto for Blue Jays games. In the summer months, Rob can often be found at his cottage in Québec, relaxing and enjoying life.
